Welcome to Studoo, operated under Aithro (currently managed by individual Nitin Kumar Raushan, based in Barauni, Begusarai, Bihar). By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Studoo offers online booking and SaaS-based tools to students and study space providers.
• We act as a technology platform connecting users and providers; we are not responsible for the direct management of third-party study spaces.

• You must provide accurate details while creating an account and making bookings.
• You agree not to misuse our platform for fraudulent activities.

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and correct payment details.

• Refunds are only applicable in cases of double payment, failed transaction, or technical errors (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
• User-initiated cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

• All services are digital. No physical shipment is involved (see Shipping Policy).
• Confirmation of services will be sent to your registered email.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party damages.
• Our responsibility is limited to the extent of the services offered through our platform.
