At Studoo (operated under the brand Aithro), we aim to provide reliable and transparent services to all our users. Since our services relate to online booking and SaaS-based seat management, we generally do not provide refunds once a booking or subscription is confirmed.
However, refunds may be considered in specific cases as outlined below.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
When the same payment is charged multiple times due to system errors on our end.
When payment is deducted but no booking confirmation or service access is provided.
Other technical issues that prevent service delivery despite successful payment.
The following cases are not eligible for refunds:
Cancellations made by users after their booking has been confirmed and processed.
When users have partially used their subscription period before requesting cancellation.
Refund requests based on personal preferences or change of plans.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 working days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Our services are digital and provide immediate access upon payment. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.
